Enterprise Sales Executive

The Enterprise Sales Executive will drive new logo acquisition and build relationships with enterprise-level carriers, leveraging expertise in logistics and transportation to close complex deals.

Responsibilities

New Logo Acquisition: Identify and engage enterprise-level dedicated and/or for-hire (asset-based) carriers - close the deal!
Consultative Sales Execution: Leverage industry experience to position Optimal Dynamics with senior leadership, drive creative deal strategies, and negotiate effectively
Relationship Management: Partner with Customer Success building and nurturing strong relationships across new and existing accounts
Customer Success & Advocacy: Proactively manage key issues and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and account health
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all account activity in Salesforce
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay current on logistics and supply chain trends, and track competitive offerings and industry innovations
Travel: Travel up to 50% to engage with prospects face-to-face

Required

5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales
3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain solutions
You've obtained a four year degree or have additional equivalent professional experience
A proven track record of collaborating across sales, customer success, and product teams
Demonstrated capability of quickly building trust with all levels of leadership-specifically with executive level decision makers
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with polished presentation abilities
Successful working independently, remotely, and on the road getting face-to-face with prospects—this role is not office-based and requires 30-50% travel
Tenacious: From hunting new leads through closing the deal. You showcase initiative, hustle, and self-motivation

Preferred

Experience selling to or working with For-Hire Carriers
Experience selling in a rapidly growing startup environment
Established industry connections in logistics, transportation & supply chain
