They are seeking an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, deliver sales presentations, and maintain customer relationships, all while receiving comprehensive training and support.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments between 9 AM and 6 PM (some evenings and Saturdays required to accommodate homeowners)
Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations
Follow the USA Insulation proven sales process (training and tools provided)
Prepare accurate contracts, take required installation photos, and communicate key details to the install team
Collect down payments
Maintain relationships with previous customers and local contractors for potential referrals
Visit job sites during installations as needed
Participate in ongoing weekly training and team meetings

Required

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to confidently speak with homeowners
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to customer service
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be able to travel locally (more than 80% travel)

Preferred

1–3 years of previous sales experience preferred (but not required — we will train motivated individuals)
