They are seeking a Junior Accounting and Reporting Specialist to manage the financial and administrative tasks for the companies under their management, ensuring high-quality service and timely responses to client requests.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of reference for specific clients under management, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis

Prepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis

Prepare other applicable taxes (exempt of CIT)

Issued and received invoices registration

Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes

Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments…)

Preparation and submission of financial reporting to the client including main KPIs

Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments

Banks reconciliations

Accruing of the projects´ incomes

Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M…)

Documentation management (physical and digital archive)

Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books
