Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with prospective patients for treatments including same-day smiles, dental implants, and cosmetic procedures
Present personalized treatment plans and clearly communicate associated costs, timelines, and expected outcomes
Handle patient concerns and objections with empathy and professionalism
Follow up with undecided leads and help guide them toward scheduling treatment
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless transition to care
Maintain detailed records in our CRM and meet/exceed monthly performance goals
Stay current with Bensonhurst Dental’s treatment offerings and technology
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in dental sales, treatment coordination, or healthcare consultations
In-depth knowledge of cosmetic, implant, or restorative dentistry strongly preferred
Proven ability to close high-ticket treatment plans in a remote or virtual setting
Comfortable using CRM software, video platforms (Zoom, etc.), and digital tools
Excellent communication skills with a consultative, compassionate approach
Self-starter with strong follow-through and results orientation
