Responsibilities
Utilize your expertise to perform a variety of ultrasound and vascular procedures, producing accurate and high-quality images that are vital for diagnoses
Engage with patients, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience while explaining procedures to reduce any anxiety they may have
Work with advanced imaging equipment, adjusting transducers, and controls for optimal examination results
Ensure accurate documentation by entering patient data into our PACS/Hospital System and preparing images for review
Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals, discussing findings and helping to develop patient care plans
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Ultrasound Technology or a related field from an accredited institution
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in ultrasound and vascular imaging
Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and be Vascular Registered
Effective communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with patients and team members
CPR certification is required to uphold our commitment to patient safety
