Health Insurance Agent
Responsibilities
Consult with clients via phone, email, or in-person (optional) to assess their health coverage needs
Recommend customized insurance plans based on client needs and budget
Assist clients with applications and enrollment processes
Provide ongoing support and service throughout the policy lifecycle
Build and manage your own book of business
Stay current on insurance products, regulatory updates, and industry trends
Meet or exceed performance targets for sales and customer satisfaction
Participate in continuous training and development opportunities
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Health and Life Insurance (required)
E&O Insurance with coverage of at least $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate (required)
Comfortable using online platforms to manage book of business
Self-motivated with strong communication and customer service skills
Passion for helping people navigate insurance options
