Responsibilities
Review loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
Verify borrower information and documentation
Order and review credit reports, appraisals, and title reports
Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other parties involved in the loan process
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies
Prepare loan files for underwriting and closing
Update loan information in the company's system and track loan progress
Assist with resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan process
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor
Knowledge of mortgage loan processing procedures and regulations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan processing software
