Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their needs, offering clear guidance and trusted expertise

Prepare quotes, process applications, and clearly explain plan details to clients
Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold high service standards
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and carrier partners
Stay current with product offerings, industry trends, and compliance updates
Track client policies, manage updates and renewals, and ensure accurate documentation
Work with internal support staff to maintain organized, up-to-date client records
Qualification
Required
Licensed in health, life, or related insurance lines
5+ years of experience in insurance brokerage or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear and confident with clients
Tech-savvy and process-oriented—able to manage multiple systems and tasks
Skilled at navigating complex client needs with empathy and professionalism
