Responsibilities

Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure, driving significant revenue opportunities
Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as solutions take shape
Collaborate with service line leaders to embed experience design across all towers—even when not explicitly requested
Facilitate client workshops, highlighting the importance of world-class experiences in every solution
Protect WongDoody's scope within broader delivery frameworks, advocating through to final contracting

Required

A strong track record of closing large, complex deals in agency or consulting environments
Experience working across service lines in hybrid or matrixed organizations
Fluency in experience design principles and customer journey thinking
Sharp negotiation and presentation skills that get noticed
A strategic mindset with storytelling chops that elevate the pitch
A firm understanding (a PHD preferred) in the Infosys DPS
A keen ability to bridge the gap between subsidiary and parent company and drive synergy for WongDoody
