Responsibilities
Marketing, Business Development and sales skills for working with clients, design teams and contractors
Preparation of meticulous work product which will be provided for the client's and design team's review
Organization and management of the many aspects of each project including individual systems reviews and vendor contacts
Risk Management review of project requirements, contracts and scopes of work
Ability to estimate various types of projects including, additions, renovations, adaptive reuse, historical preservation, and interior finish-out
Construction Systems Analysis and evaluation of Constructability Reviews
Sensitivity to occupied environments and it’s impact on construction costs
General knowledge of scheduling and sequence of work
Able to work and communicate well in a Team setting
Cost and schedule forecasting
Strong business that is specific to construction operations
Effective and mindful problem-solving skills
