Account Executive (West Coast- Favorite Daughter)
Favorite Daughter is a fashion brand designed by sisters Sara and Erin Foster, focused on a collection of wardrobe essentials. The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding specialty store distribution and achieving sales goals in the West Coast territory, collaborating closely with the Director of Sales to execute strategies and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Partner with customers to communicate and execute brand positioning and key strategic initiatives
Set objectives, clarify expectations, measure results, get feedback and make improvements to achieve bottom line financial results
Contribute to cultivation of new accounts and opportunities to expand business with existing accounts; identify and strategize means to penetrate new markets and open new stores
Perform daily review of order management to ensure shipments, distributions and deliveries for each account are in system in a timely manner
Work closely with respective teams to communicate any extension, shipping or pricing issues with accounts
Execute timely fulfillment of all orders
Partner with team to ensure proper credit, shipping, and bookings for each customer
Monitor, assemble and analyze weekly sales, uncover any potential issues, and find new opportunities
Devise strategies to help drive profitable sales
Cultivate, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and focus on their goals & business needs
Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary
Assist Director of Sales in any tasks as needed for the total business
Share best practices to help others be effective and reach their business goals
Work cross functionally with various departments
Inspire people to think in new ways, acquire fresh insights and original ideas
Help to manage samples for showroom and marketing purposes – both internally & for accounts
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines
Excellent communication skills
Be a hard-working team player
Have knowledge of contemporary market and be passionate about the Favorite Daughter Brand
Existing relationships with specialty stores with extensive knowledge of the territory
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, highly detail oriented
Strong analytical skills and fluency in retail math
3+ years of experience in wholesale apparel sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook
Travel is required for the role (20%)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Familiarity with SAP and NuORDER a plus
