Responsibilities
Managing secured lending enforcement cases from initiation through resolution
Drafting motions, injunctions, and related pleadings
Handling diligence in connection with mortgage and note transactions
Preparing court submissions, managing discovery, and handling appeals
Appearing in State and Federal courts for hearings, conferences, and mediations
Qualification
Required
MUST have Commercial Real Estate experience (a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosure)
Someone with bankruptcy experience on the creditor side is REQUIRED
3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation, ideally involving real estate or financial services
Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet tight deadlines
Admission to the New York Bar
Preferred
New Jersey Bar a plus
