Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for auditing the core infrastructure and DevOps lifecycle, from cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines to the hands-on technical validation of IT General Controls (ITGCs)

Leverage your deep expertise in infrastructure to both lead our technical platform assurance program and contribute to a wide range of audits across data engineering and AI systems

Contribute to the annual risk-based audit plan by identifying emerging infrastructure and operational risks and scoping potential audit projects

Collaborate effectively with Engineering, SRE, and security stakeholders to communicate audit findings, provide value-add recommendations, and monitor remediation plans

Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the evolving crypto threat landscape and modern infrastructure best practices to ensure audit approaches remain current and effective

Required

Hands-on, deeply technical auditor with recognized subject matter expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and technical controls validation

Demonstrable experience assessing controls in complex, high-technology environments, ideally within crypto or FinTech

Passion for understanding how scalable infrastructure is built, secured, and operated

Fundamental understanding of blockchain technology, including distributed ledgers, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography

Deep expertise in performing technical audits of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code

Ability to perform hands-on validation of ITGC implementation

Proven capacity to analyze novel technical and control environments unique to crypto, identify intricate root causes, and propose effective, context-specific solutions

Experience using SQL for data analysis

Ability to achieve proficiency in performing data analytics with SQL within the first 90 days

Demonstrable experience auditing the design and effectiveness of controls in data engineering and analytics, and AI model and platform auditing
