Responsibilities
Assist preconstruction with estimates and detailed project plans
Participate in development and delivery of project proposals
Champion the project turnover from preconstruction to construction
Participate in and/or drive scope comparisons, vendor selections, and contract administration
Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
Oversee project construction to monitor compliance with contract, building codes, and safety regulations
Perform project reviews to ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
Provide status reports regarding project milestones, budget, deliverables, deficiencies, risks and issues
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Senior Project Manager may be substituted for a degree or a combination of education and verifiable experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent presentation skills are required
Strong organization, leadership, negotiation, and delegation skills are required
Proven ability to develop lasting, positive customer relationships
Must be able to interact effectively and diplomatically with diverse people, both on an individual basis as well as within group situations
Valid Driver's License required
Preferred
Emphasis on healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, multifamily and /or entertainment with general contractor is a plus
Experience with leading Project Managers and running projects up to 50M is a plus
