Jointillytherapy is expanding its autism services and is looking for Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work as part-time consultants. The role involves advising on state regulations, care models, and policies to ensure quality care, while also providing support for those interested in building their own independent practice.

Responsibilities

We are looking for around 1 hr commitment per week
Advise on state regulations, cultural nuances, and care‑model innovation
Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence‑based, family‑centered care
Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group when we are applying to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state
Use and critique our all‑in‑one tech stack (scheduling, data, EHR, billing) to guide product improvements

Qualification

BCBA licensePayer credentialingUtilization managementPassion for autism careRemote collaboration

Required

Active BCBA license in good standing in Massachusetts

Preferred

License to practice in multiple states a plus
Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization‑management processes is a plus
Passion for expanding equitable autism care and experimenting with outcome‑driven models
