Electrical / Mechanical RF Engineer

Applied Research Associates, Inc. is an employee-owned international research and engineering company recognized for providing technically superior solutions to complex and challenging problems in the physical sciences. They are seeking an Electrical / Mechanical RF Engineer to apply engineering design principles, operate specialized manufacturing and test equipment, and troubleshoot designs and processes. The role involves working closely with Subject-Matter Experts to achieve project objectives in the RF components and systems domain.

Responsibilities

Apply electrical and mechanical engineering design principles and techniques
Operate an assortment of specialized manufacturing and electrical test equipment
Troubleshoot and optimize designs and processes through logical experimentation
Work closely with Subject-Matter Experts to achieve project objectives

Required

Candidates selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
B.S. Engineering, 5-7 years of experience
5 - 7 years: B.S. level antenna and manufacturing coursework
Bachelor of Engineering or better

Preferred

B.S.E.E. with antenna coursework desirable. Experience working in antenna industry preferred
5 - 7 years: Experience working in antenna industry preferable
Bachelors or better in Electromechanical Engineering or related field
