Client support - Coordination of response to client queries and issues

Sales Management Support - Coordination and communication on new initiatives

Coordinate product initiatives for new client integrations and key client enhancements

Development of business requirements for project work items focused on overall front-end customer experience and workflows

Manage and develop business and client workflow profiles

Required

Four-year bachelor's degree in information systems, business, finance or accounting, or related discipline
