The role involves advising on state regulations, care model innovation, and using a tech stack for product improvements while offering operational support for independent practice growth.

Responsibilities
We are looking for around 1 hr commitment per week
Advise on state regulations, cultural nuances, and care‑model innovation
Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence‑based, family‑centered care
Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group when we are applying to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state
Use and critique our all‑in‑one tech stack (scheduling, data, EHR, billing) to guide product improvements
If you wish, start seeing clients on our platform and build your own practice over time (no upfront fees, full ops support)
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA license in good standing in New York
Preferred
License to practice in multiple states a plus
Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization‑management processes is a plus
Passion for expanding equitable autism care and experimenting with outcome‑driven models
