Responsibilities
Measure, install and assemble cabinets at customer locations or our showroom, ensuring compliance with blueprints, specifications, and building codes
Light construction in our showroom
Conduct on-site assessments to determine project requirements and communicate effectively with clients and project managers
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, recommending and implementing appropriate solutions
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and tasks completed for each installation project
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Cabinet Installer or a similar role in the construction industry
Experience in light remodeling
Experience in kitchen cabinet installation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Previous experience working with diverse teams
Must have reliable daily transportation to branch location
