Postdoctoral Fellow
Northwestern University is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Kellogg School of Management's Dispute Resolution Research Center. The role involves conducting original research related to conflict or cooperation and engaging with the academic community through workshops and seminars.

Qualification
Required
Applicants must have completed a PhD in a social science discipline (e.g., organizational behavior, sociology, psychology, economics) or in a related discipline that can inform the social sciences prior to the beginning of the fellowship
The Fellow will conduct original research with one or more faculty members in the MORS department
Applicants are encouraged to identify one or more faculty members with whom they would be interested in collaborating
The Fellow is expected to become actively involved in the MORS and DRRC intellectual communities by regularly participating in colloquia, workshops, and research seminars
The Fellow is also welcome to audit PhD courses

You will need to submit: (1) a cover letter identifying at least one faculty member with whom you would be interested in collaborating; (2) a current CV; (3) a research statement that makes clear how your work is relevant to conflict or cooperation, and (4) up to two publications or manuscripts
You will also be asked to provide the name and contact information for 2–3 people who will submit recommendation letters on your behalf
