Wealth Investment Officer/Portfolio Manager
Community State Bank is seeking a Full-Time Wealth Investment Officer (Portfolio Manager) to join their growing team of dynamic Wealth Management professionals. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of wealth management clients, developing and implementing investment strategies to achieve clients' goals while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement investment strategies for clients or organizations
Monitor and analyze market trends and economic indicators to make informed investment decisions
Accurately analyze and interpret complex financial information
Manage and rebalance investment portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with clients' goals and risk tolerance
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on portfolio performance and discuss any changes to investment strategies
Provide advice on how to allocate and diversify assets to help clients achieve their goals
Prepare models and presentations to share information about strategies with clients
Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices
Generate reports detailing information about investment performance
Collaborate with the Chief Investment Officer and other internal investment professionals to ensure optimal portfolio performance
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding investment management
Remain up to date on industry regulations
Be fully trained and knowledgeable in all compliance related areas of banking, trust services, and wealth/investment management including, but not limited to: BSA, OFAC, Reg E, NACHA, Dodd-Frank, ERISA, FINRA guidelines, etc
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A 4-year degree in finance, economics, or related field is required
Specialized wealth management licensure is required
A minimum of three to five (3-5) years' experience in wealth and investment portfolio management is normally required
Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is normally required
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Ability to multi-task accurately and efficiently
Ability to type at least 50 wpm
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Fluent communication in the English language
Ability to travel between Bank and client locations as needed
