Responsibilities

Independently contribute to designing and implementing custom process solutions

Create detailed PFDs and P&IDs

Perform process simulations and calculations with some supervision

Specify basic process equipment

Provide technical support for routine customer queries

Review design specifications and bid packages with some guidance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering degree preferred

4+ years of experience in process design

Proficient in multiple programming languages and automation software

Good understanding of process calculations and control loop strategies

Understanding of advanced process and instrumentation system design

Industry experience and involvement in various projects

Experience with Rockwell Studio 5000 PLC/HMI programming or similar platforms

Travel required: approximately 10%

Preferred

4-6 years of experience in Mechanical and CAD design

Ability to read, interpret, and create technical drawings

Attention to detail: Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, capable of utilizing critical thinking to ensure precision in tasks

Adaptability and Prioritization: Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks while adapting to shifting demands
