Plan and prioritize the demanding jobs of the engineering team, keeping the operation running smoothly with minimizing disruptions
You’ll need to balance the reactive jobs with the preventative and upkeep jobs
Communicate efficiently within the team and across departments – the engineering team supports the entire business so keeping people in the loop about their requested jobs is essential
Support your engineering team in keeping our job management software, Knowcross, up to date and being used to maximize efficiency
Keep records and logs up to date, you’ll make sure we’re always audit ready and compliant
Qualification
Required
Organizational skills will be second to none
Outstanding communication skills, using written, phone, and face to face communication
Ability to stay calm and inspire confidence in others in a high-pressure role
Ability to pivot, problem solve, and re-plan when things inevitably change
Plan and prioritize the demanding jobs of the engineering team
Balance the reactive jobs with the preventative and upkeep jobs
Communicate efficiently within the team and across departments
Support the engineering team in keeping job management software up to date
Keep records and logs up to date to ensure audit readiness and compliance
All candidates must be eligible to work in the US
Preferred
Licenses and previous experience within HVAC, Plumbing or electrical preferred
