Being the lead adult on staff during birthday parties—keeping things organized, fun, and running smoothly!
Leading and assisting with seriously FUN birthday parties and special events! (We’ll train you—no experience necessary!)
Bringing the energy to every party, making kids feel like the star of the show
Creating an unforgettable, high-energy environment that makes every guest feel special
Delivering top-notch customer service—because at The Little Gym, we treat our families like, well… family!
Qualification
Required
You're comfortable taking the lead and making quick decisions in a fast-paced, fun environment
You love to have fun, give high fives, and play like a kid!
Making others feel good makes you feel good. You're all about creating memorable experiences!
Kids adore you, and parents trust you to keep things running smoothly
You know how to have a blast but can also buckle down and get the job done
Preferred
A background in child development, early education, or gymnastics is a plus, but not required
