Responsibilities
Manage CEO calendars and travel
Prep meeting briefs and handle loose ends
Research and qualify B2B leads
Draft personalized outreach and keep HubSpot organized
Write LinkedIn posts, one-pagers, and FAQs
Post job roles, screen résumés, and schedule interviews
Automate tasks via tools like Zapier or ChatGPT
Pull and analyze reports using Sheets, Notion, etc
Qualification
Required
Thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
Write and speak excellent English
Learn new tools and topics quickly
Care about measurable results
Are comfortable with no-code/low-code tools
Can overlap 4-5 hours with Pacific Time
Have 2-5 years of experience wearing many hats
Preferred
Experience working with U.S. clients or fintech/insurtech
Familiarity with Figma or Canva
Used LLMs to assist with writing or research
