Responsibilities

Able to properly respond, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms

Monitor the facility infrastructure platform

Perform change management tasks; create and issue tickets

Follow verbal and written directions

Have an intermediate level of understanding of critical infrastructure and proficient computer and communication skills

Required shift-work, overtime, and/or rotating schedules to support a 24X7 environment (Rotating shift work equates to weekends, nights, holidays and overtime shifts)
