The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure exceptional customer service by booking service calls, engaging with customers, and collaborating with service technicians to provide a seamless experience.

Booking the call: Our customers are calling us for a reason and we want them to know they called the right company. Every call is a new opportunity to make a connection
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers over the phone with a friendly and helpful attitude. Listen to their needs and provide appropriate solutions and escalate issues when needed
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our service technicians and support staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
Seeking an individual who is self driven and willing to learn new things
Seeking someone who can adapt to an ever changing and challenging role
Experience dealing with commercial accounts
Experience in deescalation of customer complaints
Participate in an on-call rotation, as we are a 24/7 emergency based business. This includes weeknights, weekends and holidays
We are looking to fill a full time position. This is a Monday thru Friday position with night and weekend on-call rotations. Must be available to work Saturday day/night and Sunday day/night in the on-call rotation. On-call shifts are WFH

Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in customer service
Experience dealing with commercial accounts
Experience in deescalation of customer complaints
Motivated and a self starter
Ability to multitask
Proficiency on the computer, along with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Being good with people and having a strong team player mindset
Candidate must have flexibility to work on-call shifts during the week, weekends and holidays in a rotation
Candidate must be available for shifts that vary during the hours of 7am-5pm Monday thru Friday
Candidate must understand this in an IN PERSON position

Service Titan Experience
Experience filing permits
Experience in the drain and/or restoration industry
