They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of integration services and enhance the API Ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software systems in the area of ownership and ensure that they meet business objectives
Ensure deliverables meet the functional and non-functional criteria, and drive changes proactively where outcomes are misaligned
Align development efforts with business objectives by collaborating closely with senior engineers and cross-functional team members across geos
Identify and implement best practices for efficient operational processes or technical solutions that elevate the team's performance
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by guiding other engineers through design, code, and operational reviews
Providing coaching and mentoring to junior engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
8+ years of software development experience, preferably in a technical leadership role
Exceptional programming skills, encompassing Java, Spring Boot, SQL, RESTful services
Experience with public cloud services, preferably AWS
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across functional lines, and cross geo teams
Preferred
Full stack (backend, frontend, operations) experience is a plus
Healthcare Interoperability experience (HL7, FHIR) is advantageous
