Respond to every lead within 24 hours
Schedule discovery calls and log all details in Salesforce
Draft, revise, and finalize SOWs, CDAs, and MSAs
Coordinate scientific inputs so client-ready documents go out on time
Keep Salesforce and shared task boards up-to-date
Issue a crisp weekly snapshot of wins, risks, and resource needs
Nurture prospects with relevant insights and content
Flag high-value contacts for wider team engagement
Spot process bottlenecks and drive data-backed fixes
Tackle special projects that elevate our brand and operations
Qualification
Required
1+ years selling CRO services, life-science tools, or related solutions
Self-Directed & Finish-Line Focused – You own your priorities and proactively close loops
Fast Learner & Scientific Storyteller – You can translate complex assay services into clear client value
Relationship Architect – You skillfully leverage Sip-Circles/LinkedIn for authentic relationship-building
Tech-Savvy – Advanced Gen-AI, MS Office and Adobe user; comfortable reviewing scientific literature
CRM Fanatic – Salesforce (or equivalent) is your single source of truth; no detail is left orphaned
Proposal Pro – You've drafted SOWs or similar technical contracts and kept multiple versions straight
Education – Bachelor's (or higher) in a life science discipline
