Masego is an award-winning small business specializing in GEOINT services, and they are seeking a Level-3 TS/SCI-cleared Data Scientist to join their team. This role will focus on GEOINT automation and AI development, supporting the NGA Source team in developing and integrating new AI tools.

Develop and integrate new AI tools for the NGA Source team

Qualification

Required

At least 5 years of related GEOINT work experience, or 2 years with a relevant Bachelor's degree
Able to work on client site 40-hours a week (very limited option for telework)
Proficient with Python
Experience developing AI tools
Active TS/SCI, with a willingness to take a polygraph test

Preferred

Experience with multiple intelligence types (SIGINT, OSINT, ELINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT)
Experience with JEMA, Brewlytics, ArcPro and/or other geospatial data analysis tools
Knowledge of GEOINT collection and associated NGA/NRO systems
Proficiency with common programming languages including R, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript
Experience analyzing geospatially enabled data
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to dynamic mission needs
Experience with LLM integration, RAG development, AI agent development, prompt engineering, and/or natural language processing
Experience deploying AI tools into operational software
