Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver goal-oriented therapy sessions that focus on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving quality of life
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support whole-person recovery
Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and progress
Maintain accurate documentation and update treatment plans based on resident outcomes
Foster a safe, respectful, and motivating environment that promotes resident engagement and achievement
Qualification
Required
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active PT license in the State of Ohio required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A patient-first mindset and dedication to quality care
Preferred
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab settings preferred
New graduates welcome with appropriate licensure and clinical readiness
