Responsibilities

Identify and pursue potential customers through various sales channels, including cold calling, conferences, networking, and referrals
Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Deliver compelling product presentations and conduct sales demos of MapUp platforms, including TollGuru, TollTally, TollMatch, and TollPay, addressing client questions and highlighting value
Manage leads generated from conferences, including pre-conference outreach, follow-up communications, and lead nurturing post-event
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals while ensuring company profitability
Convert leads into sales by addressing client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process
Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Set and track sales goals, implementing strategies for driving business growth
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development to align efforts and maximize opportunities

Required

5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on logistics, SaaS, and working with US clients
Experience managing conference leads, including pre-conference outreach, follow-ups, and post-event lead management
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Ability to conduct product demos and present solutions tailored to client needs, especially for SaaS platforms like TollGuru, TollTally, TollMatch, and TollPay
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Expertise in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports

Preferred

MBA from an elite institution is preferred, but on-the-ground sales experience is highly valued
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to prepare reports and logs
