Responsibilities

Assist in the performance of invasive testing and interventional procedures used in the detection and treatment of the heart and circulatory system within Cardiac Catheter, CTO and Structural Heart procedure rooms
Must also be proficient in the functions of Monitoring, Circulating and Scrubbing

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive SpecialistRegistered Cardiac Electrophysiology SpecialistRadiology TechnologistCardiac Interventional certificationVascular Interventional certificationACLS certificationBLS certificationCardiac cath lab experienceDiplomaScrub experience

Required

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required
Graduate of an accredited program in Allied Health Sciences (e.g., Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Exercise Science, or Cardiac or Vascular Sonography, or equivalent academic program and experience.)
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or Radiology Technologist (ARRT) with Cardiac Interventional (CI) or Vascular Interventional (VI)
Valid BCLS certification required/ACLS certification required within six (6) months of hire
Previous cardiac cath lab experience is required
Scrub experience is required
ACLS certified, BLS certified
