Responsibilities

Provide a seamless client experience and liaison as the primary point of contact between client and their Trustee – GSTC’s Ambassador for SF PWM
Coordinate and attend quarterly meetings including the third-party trust company, PWM team and client
Provide high level supervision as the dedicated relationship manager to ensure a favored client experience
Advocate for the client to the Trustee as needed
Proactively monitor the trust and client and client situation to determine when and whether the client might benefit from GSTC’s integrated, full service offering (this may occur upon a liquidity event)
Principal contact for GSTC advisors, their clients and prospective clients regarding opportunities where GSTC can serve in a current or future fiduciary role
Sit in SF PWM and partner with PWM teams to manage the entire client lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's Degree Required
Must have a JD and/or MBA
10+ years of experience administering trusts, managing trust administration personnel, and involvement in new business opportunity initiatives
Ability to work independently and in group settings, including with colleagues in remote locations
Demonstrated progression of leadership and business development responsibilities
Excellent writing and communication skills
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Commitment to delivering the highest quality of service in a timely and thoughtful manner

Preferred

Prior experience at a trust company in a legal, business development, administration, or operational role
