Program Manager III - Account Management

Responsibilities
Managing Aon's relationship with AICPA and steering the strategic direction of the AICPA Insurance Trusts
Serving as a key advisor and subject matter expert on the Trusts portfolio
Providing guidance to the Life Insurance and Disability Plans (LIDP) Committee as part of the account management team
Actively evaluating the effectiveness of the Trusts product portfolio, recommending improvements to enhance member participation and improve retention
Offering insights on expanding the product portfolio
Enhancing the Trusts' carrier relationship with Prudential for the Life Insurance and Disability products
Overseeing agreements and relationships with carriers for Individual Products, including Long Term Care, Auto & Home, and Medicare Supplement
Managing complex client matters in collaboration with the Legal, Operations, and Client Services teams
Traveling for meetings at client offices in New York and North Carolina as needed, and participating in trade shows to represent and exhibit offerings
Working closely with the Aon operations team to ensure CPAs experience unparalleled ease in engaging with AICPA
Modernizing platforms and leveraging cutting-edge technology to secure the long-term success of plans
Enhancing content on cpai.com to provide CPAs with valuable resources on protection products and AICPA plans
Collaborating with Aon marketing leadership and the Prudential team to drive robust application and enrollment outcomes
Qualification
Required
Life, Accident, and Health licenses
6 to 10 years of experience in driving member participation within an affinity group life insurance program
Experience in managing membership participation in national professional association life and health insurance plans
Experience leading underwriting/product development for a national association group life insurance program
Preferred
Securities 6 and 63 licenses
