As a Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of product features from concept to deployment, crafting user-friendly interfaces and integrating complex AI capabilities into intuitive workflows.

Responsibilities
Own features end-to-end: Take product ideas from initial concept through UX design, frontend implementation, backend architecture, and production deployment
Build intuitive AI interfaces: Create dashboards, configuration tools, and analytics views that make complex voice AI capabilities accessible to non-technical users
Design seamless workflows: Build user experiences that guide customers through agent creation, testing, deployment, and optimization with minimal friction
Integrate across systems: Connect frontend experiences with our voice AI backend, telephony infrastructure, and customer data systems
Focus on customer impact: Work directly with Deployment Engineers and customers to understand pain points and translate them into product solutions
Ship fast and iterate: Launch features quickly, gather real customer feedback, and continuously improve based on actual usage patterns
Qualification
Required
3-5 years building modern web applications with both frontend and backend components
Comfortable across the entire stack
Understand user needs, question requirements, and suggest better solutions
Have an eye for good design and user experience
Worked in fast-moving environments where you own outcomes, wear multiple hats, and figure things out as you go
Care deeply about user experience and think about how every feature impacts the customer journey
Ship polished features that work reliably
Work seamlessly with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver cohesive experiences
Launch quickly, measure results, and continuously improve based on real customer feedback
Take full responsibility for your features' success and proactively solve problems
Preferred
Knowledge of React, TypeScript, Node.js, or similar modern web technologies
Experience at B2B SaaS companies building for enterprise users
Understanding of voice technology, AI/ML interfaces, or developer tools
