Responsibilities

Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs

Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues

Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a technical analyst-related occupation

Unix and Linux shell commands for configuring servers, tracking memory and disk usage, file management, and permissions

Programming Languages including Java, C, and Python

Dimensional data models, dimensional databases (including Essbase and Oracle OLAP), and data warehouse

Database skills in DB2, Oracle, Sybase, Informix, and MS SQL Server

Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to installation

Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)

Enterprise-wide authentication and security services (LDAP, SSO, and SSL)

Operating Systems: Linux and Windows

Weblogic Application server administration and deployment of web applications on Weblogic
