Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems and components for vehicle platforms
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs into overall vehicle architecture
Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturing
Conduct testing and validation to ensure design performance and reliability
Iterate on designs based on feedback from testing and production teams
Contribute to innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges
Support the transition of designs from concept to production
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience
Evidence of exceptional ability in engineering or related fields
Design engineering experience with interest in multidisciplinary engineering
Hands-on experience in building or prototyping physical systems
Proficiency in hand-sketching as a form of engineering communication
Preferred
Automotive engineering experience with seating systems
