HILLS Properties is seeking full-time Maintenance Supervisors at their luxury apartment communities in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring high standards of customer service while maintaining the property.

Responsibilities

Leading maintenance team

Maintaining and elevating the community/asset

Managing/supporting the timely completion of all maintenance and turnover needs, in accordance with company standards

Manage successful vendor relationships

Training and development of associates

Building and maintaining customer loyalty and brand reputation

Embracing HILLS mission, vision and values by demonstrating a professional and positive outlook with teammates, residents, vendors, and future residents

Required

HVAC certified

Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community

First-hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required

Must have superior communication & customer service skills

On call hours required
