Global Macro Research, Structured Credit Strategy Research, Associate/ Vice President

They are seeking an experienced CMBS strategist to join their Structured Credit Research team, focusing on publishing innovative research and collaborating with various stakeholders to support investment strategies.

Responsibilities
Publishing timely and innovative research on securitized products, with a focus on CMBS and CRE
Presenting our market views to a wide range of internal and external clients
Collaborating with the broader Macro Strategy team as well as our regional economists
Supporting internal stakeholders in institutional client services (sales and trading) and across the firm
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience working in macroeconomic and/or markets research or structured credit, ideally with direct experience developing and communicating investment ideas
Masters or PhD in finance, economics, operations research or closely related fields
Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
Strong quantitative skills in modeling, econometrics, and statistics
Deep curiosity, and a passion for the intersection between macroeconomics and markets
Desire to work in team-centric environment
Preferred
Professional writing experience a plus e.g. crafting research notes
Other language skills a plus
