Responsibilities

Assist in the timely and accurate production of course readers: including collecting and editing content, obtaining copyright permissions, proofreading, printing, binding, and delivery
Provide customer service to professors, academic staff, and students
Help process and maintain CRS orders, records, and inventory
Help with office-related duties such as e-mailing, answering phones, and filing

Required
