Responsibilities

Serve as counsel on a range of complex commercial litigation matters

Step into active cases and manage key aspects, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and hearings

Develop and execute effective case strategies in collaboration with firm leadership

Provide clear, practical, business-minded legal advice to clients

Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and courts
