Manage and document technical processes, ensuring accurate records of service requests and resolutions

Liaise with various teams within EIL Global to ensure effective project delivery and service enhancement
Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT support technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with the company's IT policies and procedures while delivering solutions tailored to client needs

Required

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in field support, with a strong focus on IT services

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and proficiency in navigating and resolving issues within them
Ability to work independently and manage freelance or contract assignments efficiently
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members across various regions
Must have skills include the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and environments, ensuring seamless client service
Flexibility in working across different time zones, understanding the global nature of the business operations
