Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored coverage options that address their unique requirements
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring exceptional customer service and long-term retention
Stay updated on industry developments and maintain a comprehensive understanding of insurance products and market trends
Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to achieve sales goals while delivering top-notch customer service
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients, actively nurturing leads through the sales process
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain the license within ninety days of hiring
