Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), you will design therapy plans, monitor progress, and provide supervision to behavioral therapists, making a significant impact in the lives of children with autism while enjoying a supportive work environment.

Mental Health Care

Responsibilities

Design ABA therapy plans
Monitor the progress, and make adjustments on a regular basis
Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
Constantly review clinical reports and session notes
Write reports outlining data and progress for each client
Regular communication with parents and caregivers, as well as training
Coordinate with Director to maintain quality of cases

Qualification

BCBA CertificationAutismOrganizational skillsAttention to detail

Required

BCBA Certification (Required)
BCBA certification given by the BACB
At least 1 year of Experience with working with children with autism
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Preferred

Willingness to travel: 25%
