Responsibilities

Support Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments/Investigations
Assist with remediation work plans and monitoring
Conduct stormwater monitoring and compliance projects
Perform a combination of fieldwork and office management and reporting duties

Required

2-5 years of environmental-related experience
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Geology, Environmental Engineering/Science, or a related environmental degree
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze environmental data
Experience with environmental sampling and testing methodologies (e.g., soil, groundwater, air)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reports, proposals, and client interactions
Valid driver's license and ability to travel for fieldwork throughout California

Preferred

Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, writing, and problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic and interested in professional growth within a growing environmental consulting firm
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or progress towards Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
Familiarity with environmental modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS)
Experience with project management principles
