Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical & non-technical Web3 roles
Source candidates via Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and niche Web3 channels
Manage candidate pipelines and interview coordination
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and refine role briefs
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships across the ecosystem

Required
