Start in 2026Cal Farley's Boys Ranch is a supportive community for youth, and they are seeking interns for their 2026 Social Work Masters Level Final Field Internship. Interns will provide individual clinical services and participate in the design and evaluation of clinical interventions for residents, gaining hands-on experience in various therapeutic practices.

Responsibilities
Provide individual clinical services and appropriate assessments for Boys Ranch residents utilizing a strength-based approach, under the supervision of an LCSW or an LMSW
Participate in the design, implementation and evaluation of Boys Ranch clinical interventions for identified residents in accordance with appropriate therapeutic practices and CFBR policy
Attend and participate in weekly team meetings for assigned clients
Facilitate and/or co-facilitate therapeutic and/or psycho-educational groups
Provide clinical services and support for the Equine Assisted Psychotherapy programs, Adventure Programs and other experiential learning activities
Experience all aspects of care provided to residents in a General Residential Operation
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Child Psychology, Counseling, Human Services Administration or related field is required
Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required
Must be proficient in general office equipment operation
Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must possess a valid driver's license
Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand/eye coordination, pushing/pulling, prolonged sitting/standing
