Responsibilities
Experience with memory BIST using Siemens Tessent Flow
Experience in gate-level simulation and simulation debugging
Experience with automation and scripting using Tcl, Perl, and Python
Experience with scan compression technologies such as SEQ, Ultra, or TestKompress
Experience with ATPG using Tetramax
Experience with ATPG diagnosis, ATE debugging, and silicon bring-up
Experience with DFT pattern translation using VTRAN
Experience with RTL design using Verilog/System Verilog
Working knowledge of STA and timing analysis concepts, including Prime Time, CDC checks, clock-gating checks, and timing constraints
Qualification
