Responsibilities

Manage a global team of Supplier Quality Engineers
Ensure our manufacturing partners produce high quality compute, storage, and networking hardware for OCI datacenters
Lead the external manufacturers to meet the rapidly growing and changing demands of our customers
Collaborate with Design Engineering, External Manufacturing Partners, Commodity Management, Planning, and Data Center Operations

Required

10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or related field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience managing a global team
Experience in manufacturing and operations within Supply Chain Operations
Ability to partner with Design Engineering, External Manufacturing Partners, Commodity Management, Planning, and Data Center Operations
Strong leadership skills to navigate an ambiguous and fast-paced organization
Ability to engage in both strategic and tactical discussions
Self-starter with effective communication skills
Courage to challenge the status quo
